Breakfast has a good variety of food & drinks. Room is a good size and the bed is very comfy. No restaurant on-site for other meal periods, however, is very close to the main square with all other restaurants. SPA is a nice addition to the hotel, if you can extend the opening hour will be even better.

the breakfast is a true European continental breakfast. the hotel staff were friendly and excellent in their knowledge of the area. We would definitely return to the Duke Arches if we return to Brugge. The city is our favorite from the 4 we visited in Belgium.

We liked everything inside the hotel. When you go out in the street, this isn't nice to see because there are some dismissed and ugly shops. But the Burg and the Markt are very close, and we enjoyed our holiday very much. The girls at the reception and at the breakfast are kind and lovely.

We had five beautiful days in Bruges. The hotel is in a perfect location! The staff are all friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. We highly recommend the hotel and we hope to visit again!!

Wonderful city of Brugge

Hotel is in a great location. The room we had was up a steep flight of stairs with no elevator. The room was small, not unusual for Europe. Brugge is a wonderful city. Easily walkable. Lots to shop and see. Great food too.
