Nice location. Walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants, canal rides and the main squares. Lots of choices from their breakfast buffet. And we both loved the high ceilings. Nice sitting rooms as well. Would not hesitate to stay again. Great staff.

I received attentive service only at hotels that I could never experience at Airbnb. I was able to walk anywhere, and the soundproofing was good at night, so I slept well without any noise. In particular, the breakfast made me feel happy that I was experiencing the joys of traveling in Europe after such a long time. If I go here again I will definitely stay here. I was really satisfied

Kudos to the staff, everyone we met was accommodating, welcoming and always ready with a smile. It was a very great experience. Definitely will come back when we visit Brugge again.

Heel mooi en net hotel, en alle medewerkers waren zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was ook zeer lekker met voldoende keuze. Wel beperkte parkeerplaatsen (4) in het hotel, maar in de buurt is er een openbare parking. Onze fietsen konden we in het hotel kwijt. Topligging! Als we nog eens naar Brugge gaan komen we hier zeker en vast terug.

It is a quiet and beautifully decorated hotel, located in the center of Brugge. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.

Best Hotel in Bruges
We loved this hotel! The room was really cozy and quiet. Breakfast was really good and the hotel is beautiful. It’s in a great location for walking around town and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

What a lovely hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Great breakfast with fresh ingredients. Very comfortable bar. Five minute walk to one of the main squares. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were in a "comfort" room which is a walk through a car park and up to the annexe, so not in the main building, but still very comfortable. Like everything in life, you get what you pay for.

Would recommend
Lovely stay. Hotel is very nicely decorated , with lovely luxury touches. Breakfast was very good and service from start to finish was excellent. Having the sauna and steam room was also a bonus! Only thing we would have preferred was that our room was in the main hotel building and not the annex.

An elegant hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Right in the heart of old Bruges, easy to walk to sights, shops, markets, bars, restaurants. Clean, well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast in a rather lavish room.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist direkt mitten im Geschehen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Leider hat es etwas an Ausstattung gefehlt. Es gab keinen Bademantel auf dem Zimmer, keine Q-Tips oder Wattepads. Im Badezimmer waren die Armaturen etwas wackelig. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

The staff here were all so helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate and selection at breakfast was excellent. Location only a couple of minutes walk from the Burg. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

La struttura é ben tenuta e accogliente, elegante; la stanza che abbiamo ricevuto non era grande ma più che sufficiente, luminosa e comoda, pulita. Un piccolo neo può essere stato che é capitato che le pulizie siano state fatte tardi, dopo le 3 pm, ma non è stato un problema così rilevante. Posizione molto comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, personale cortese e molto disponibile. Colazione a buffet ricca varia e abbondante.

Lovely hotel
Really lovely hotel with a great location. They provide a list of recommended restaurants in the area which was really helpful. We hadn’t realised there was a spa/sauna so sadly didn't come prepared. Square pillows made sleeping a bit more difficult. Breakfast was brilliant, with a huge selection.

Arrive early afternoon and was met by Thomas in reception ,firstly he upgraded us to a superior room and then spent 10 mins going through all the hotspots in Bruges , told us were to avoid as been too expensive and recommended good eating spots and where to get the best beer and what shops to avoid
