The hotel’s location was absolutely perfect for walking around & seeing the sights of Bruges. Yet, the room was quiet & no street noise. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It was my first visit to Bruges & I can’t think of a better place to stay.

Great location and very clean. Good size bathroom. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. I did not liked the fact that they do not have double beds, only two twins put together. It would had been great to have a coffee machine in the bedroom.

It's in a really good spot for tourists but parking can be difficult. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast has a wide variety of things which was the same every day. Kids under a certain age are free for breakfast. They also do a promotion that you get a free drink at the bar if you decide ahead of time to skip the cleaners. We originally thought it was only one drink but it seemed like a free drink per person per day because we had 8 vouchers.
