"I loved my stay! The room was small but had everything I needed with a beautiful view. The location was also perfect-- very close to the train station and walking distance to the historic core. I was confused to check in at the bar below, but loved having the restaurant and patio right in my hotel. They easily accommodated my gluten allergy, the food was great and the vibes were immaculate! "We stayed here as a family and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the restaurant was very good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was one serious issue during our stay. The hotel accidentally issued our room key to another guest, who entered our room unexpectedly. Fortunately, nothing was lost and the staff apologised after the incident. While we appreciated the service, this was a significant security concern and I hope the hotel reviews its key card procedures to prevent it happening again. Overall, a good hotel with friendly staff, but room security management needs improvement."

"This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Room was clean enough but not pristine, The bed was firm but comfortable, room was small but functional. Excellent location next to the Bruges train station. Breakfast was a good value at $13 Euro as you could make lunch for the day as well. Front desk staff were excellent and very accomodating. They can store your luggage if you need to check out but want to spend the day in Bruges."
