"I email the staff due to late arrival and was nice of them to provide me the instructions by email, everything went well and we got to keep our luggage afterward for later pick up.. room very conftable and everything was nearby.. very convenient.. "

"Absolutely loved our stay! We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a treat waiting in our room (tin of Belgium biscuits)…nice touch! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We can’t say enough about the storybook city of Bruges and the location of this hotel! Plus we needed parking and the hotel had some on site (which is rare in a historical area). We wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights!"
