"Nice place with comfortable beds and a large kitchen. No washer/dryer, and confusing communication about the trash. Also, the deal with the sheets and towels was a total bait-and-switch. You book the place and then the company tells you there is an extra fee to have sheets and towels provided (15 euro a person, I think)? Not sure if this is common in Belgium, but is pretty unusual and did not properly represent the cost of the rental on hotels.com"

"Fantastic apartment. Right in the centre of the town. Close to shops bus/ train stations and beach. Smart decor. From the write up I hadn’t realised there were two sofa beds. It was a little uncomfortable. Cleaning cloths left for us along with toilet paper hand wash etc! "

"This flat is run by a property management company who sent us a million emails and contracts before arriving, you can only access the flat at the check in time, when we arrived at the correct time , the flat was still dirty, all the old sheets and towels from previous tenants were there, the cleaners came half an hour later and the property management didn’t even check if all ok only after 24H…. The key to the lobby of the building is the same key for the flat which seems very odd…"
