“We had a very pleasant stay in Bruges. Even though the weather was getting colder, the room was warm and comfortably heated. The spacious parking area made us feel that the parking fee was absolutely worth it. The hotel’s location was unbeatable — just a few steps from the main square and only a 5-minute walk to the boat cruise departure point. We stayed in a triple room on the top attic floor, with charming slanted ceilings. Through the window, we could see the sky and even the Belfry clock...

“Very good position for the visit of the city”

“We liked the fact you could get free hot drinks, but our room was cold, the sofa was very uncomfortable and there was only one english channel on the TV. Also we had dinner and the food was awful neither my son or myself were able to eat our meals. We paid for breakfast and that was very poor also selection was limited and what was there of the hot food was dry and cold.”

“Second trip to Bruges. We would spend the extra money for a better hotel (four days). Photos are inconsistent with the hotel itself. The staff was not responsive and/or curt and not easily seen or available. The hotel maintenance was not good - rusty areas and bathtub with non-functioning plug. When we checked out and offered helpful feedback, we were treated in a dismissive manner. Love the city and will return but not to this hotel.”

“It was really nice trip! This hotel is situated near main sightseeings, so it was very convient. Also, I am fascinated with the canal view. Except the weak wifi and a little bit noisy matress, I am almost satisfied.”

“Gemütliches kleines Hotel in guter Lage.
