Nobody contacted us!

Good location, nice clean property with modern furniture and beds. However, we were disappointed that the owners never contacted us prior to arriving, despite being told we would receive the code. The number listed on the Hotels.com is out of service. We managed to contact one owner by finding a phone number on another website. Not a great check-in system-this needs to be revamped before we can recommend.

Disappointed. The photos looked nice but the room doesn’t feel entirely clean (floor, towels, table). A lot of noise from the floor creaky sounds. There is no personal communication from the property management when I asked specific questions, which made my pre-trip planning anxious.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Alles werkte prima. Jammer dat de fundering van hout is als je buren veel heen en weer lopen, maar snachts gelukkig geen last van gehad. Ideale locatie als je Brugge wilt ontdekken. Het centrum is 10 a 15 minuutjes lopen.
