We loved having the spa/sauna/whirlpool with robes and slippers. Complimentary beverage (alcohol or non/alcohol) was a nice touch. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was delicious! Lots of choice for being gluten free and vegetarian. Loved the soft boiled egg option!

Beautiful suite for the four of us. Two toilets were a great bonus. Spacious rooms. Door did not have additional safety lock and cleaning lady walked in before I could check who was at the door. No peep hole to see out of the door either.

The hotel is situated in a cut de sac, so no traffic noise, and around the corner from the Sablon, one of my favourite areas of the city. There is a car park very close. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. I didn't use the pool or sauna, but they are obviously a plus.
