브뤼셀 시내가 좁아서 시내까지 걸어다니기에 전혀 무리 없는 거리였습니다. 조금만 이동하신다면 탈리스를 타는곳까지도 캐리어를 끌고 갈만했습니다.

전반적으로 깨끗하나 화장실 천장은 많이 지저분 합니다. 방음이 엄청 안돼서 복도 소리가 다 들리고 심지어 인테리어 공사하는 옆방을 줘서 복도 나가면 페인트 냄새에 못질하는 소리에 분진때문에 좀 힘들었네요. 장점이라면 관광지와의 거리적 이점밖에 없는 것 같습니다.

Walkable distance to city centre and public transport Staff generally very friendly and helpful But one of the three lifts was out of action, as well as two of the four hot drink machines in the breakfast room. Also the hot drink machine in the reception area was not working, and since there are no kettles in the rooms, this was quite inconvenient

We arrived at the Property and checked in, and after unpacking fancied a quick hot drink, there was no facilities for making a drink, I popped down to reception who reluctantly handed me a kettle and then requested a payment for tea bags etc! Needless to say I did not pay, I asked if there was any place to buy a coffee, not until 4.30 when the restaurant opened, so I asked for the number for room service - ahh there is none - but this did not matter as the room phone was broken as it turns out. I went back to our room on the 7th floor to hear lots of noise coming from the ceiling, after a while I investigated the 8th floor this was indeed the roof top restaurant setting up for the evening (untill12pm) the floor of which was our ceiling and they confirmed this and offered me another room which I took - alas no heating or air con but an oiled fired heater, the back of the tv remote was missing and after a look under the bed I found the missing battery, We had planned on eating in the roof top bar but if that's the best service they could offer we decided to go out to another restaurant spending 150 euro's - so keep your kettle! and lose business. Fawlty Towers indeed worse hotel experience ever!!!!

The location was good and the room was clean. But breakfast wasn’t included. For the room, there was no mini fridge, no drink glasses and not even a bottle of water. The shower tub was super slippery and the shower head was small. The internet signal wasn’t constant. So our phones kept being dropped by ff line. The TV in our room didn’t work. I called the front desk and the receptionist promised to send someone to fix it. No one showed up. After more than an hour, I called again and a different receptionist was very impatient so I told her not too bother. Then at 8 am the next morning, while we were still sleeping, a house keeper opened our door and she was ready to clean our room. I told her it was way too early. Overall it was a bad experience. We will never stay there again.

The hotel offers generously sized rooms within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. An inconvenience we encountered was the lack of AC in the winter, however, there is a window that allowed us to let in some cool air.

We reserved but didn't get the room. A booking proplem. The hotel had an Email about our booking but we weren' t in the hotel booking system. The women at reception didn't want to help. Expedia helped.

La habitación era muy muy sencilla y no fue lo que yo elegí. No tenía closet, ni caja de seguridad ni calefacción. Parecía un cuarto improvisado. Y que, aunque estaba limpio, no es el tipo de habitación que el hotel muestra en su perfil. Además estaban haciendo trabajos y comenzaron a taladrar en la habitación de abajo desde las 8 am. Muy molesto. No regresaré a este hotel

The hotel is well located at a walkable distance to Grand Place. The reception is very nicely decorated, but that’s about it. Everything else feels really Old and antiquated. I got an individual bedroom which didn’t have a bathroom door. So any odors out of the bathroom make it to the bed. The show was in the corner and too small. I could shower without hitting the curtain or the cold shower handle. The free WiFi was unusable in my room. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear about everything from adjacent rooms or outside. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Super bem localizado, café da amanhã excelente, quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Porém o hotel é antigo e alguns locais tem um odor não agradável. Não chega a ser algo repugnante ou insuportável, mas percebe-se algum cheiro indesejável. Pelo valor cobrado, penso que isso poderia ser revisto. De qualquer modo, indico a estadia.
