A good lo location and good place

This place has a functional kitchen in the room, reliable wi-fi, and rather large room. It is located in the walking distance from the North Train Station on the safe side, and from the Flixbus station as well.

Adequate but iffy

Serviceable for a brief stay but very dingy. Had exactly one of many things (mug, towel) but did come with soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Included instant coffee/tea, sugar, and powdered cream which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and clean, shower left a lot to be desired. Area of town felt quite sketchy; if you like to get home after dark I would pay the extra money to stay in city center, especially if you are solo and/or female.

Easy access to tram/center of town.

Close to tram station THOMAS to easy access to the center of town. Room 202, 4 beds, tea kitchen and fridge. Very varm in the room, no AC, only windows to open. Very friendly staff. Ekstra parking in closed indoor place. No elevator but stairs.

This appartments hotel is good if you want to stay with a reasonable price for a long or short stay in Brussels. The building needs urgently refreshment and renewal but the rooms in general are good! The kitchen helps you to prepare a small lunch or dinner however there are some restaurants around not so good though, neither very close to the hotel, you have to walk a little. Transortation is easy by thetram or bus. Personel were very kind and helpful. Overall a nice stay!

The room was horrible. The hallway leading to the room had a noxious smell of cleaning product and mold for the entire week stay. The room was dirty - dust in corners and other dirt (a dead fly). There was black mold on the walls by the windows and in the shower. The furniture and doors were damaged (looked like someone punched one) and the walls scuffed. There was only a very small radiator for heating - absolutely not sufficient. The lines (towels and bed sheets were stained. YUCK.
