The toilet was dirty when I got there, cleaned myself. The carpet is extremely old and dirty. Had to wait at least 5 minutes to get warm water for shower, it never got close to being hot. It’s a good location and staff were nice. Don’t think hotel itself was a good. It needs a major update.

This location is amazing! It's just about half a block to the Grand Place and it's located within the pedestrian zone so there is no traffic. You can walk out and explore on foot very easily. There is a restaurant there and many others nearby. I was surprised to find I had a little Juliette balcony in my room so I could watch the happenings on the street below. The bathroom was huge, everything was clean and you just can't beat the location.

The hotel's location was very central right in the the bustling Le Grand Place Le Bourse. We were right across the massive Beer Museum. We arrived early but were checked in right away. We even got a room with a view and a small balcony, which was bonus coz I paid for one without a view. The room was a bit small/ cozy but was very comfortable. The bathroom was big compared to other hotels Staff was friendly. They clean the room, pick up the garbage, and change the towels everyday. They have coffee/ tea maker. I needed hot water for my tea/ travel mug and happily give me my hot water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and my made our trip in Brussels/ Belgium very memorable and comfortable. I left a tip in my room but the housekeeper didn't get it. When we checked out, I made sure I gave it in person. My only concern was the Uber driver dropped us off in different location because it was where Google map showed him. When he put in the exact address, he still couldn't find it. Turned out the hotel was only accessible by walking. It took us quite a bit of time to find the hotel They should put a note about this when booking their property. view on
