We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson park inn, our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was located excellently for public transport to get you into the centre of Brussels.

The desk staff was excellent, as well as, the breakfast buffet. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, but they were not too intrusive. Overall, we liked our stay and the convinience of having a major transportation station across the street.

Very convenient if you are travelling through Brussels Midi station. We had a spacious, newly refurbished room with a super comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming. Even with building works ongoing, this was a pleasant place to stay.

Convenient and comfortable

Lovely, clean, spacious, comfortable room. Right across the road from the train station at a reasonable cost. Ideal for a stay in Brussels. Didn’t try breakfast as we were checking into Eurostar at 6.30am, but would definitely stay again and try breakfast next time.

Not what i was expecting

Nothing like the photo, the courtyard was scruffy and unkempt. There was refurbishment in progress so there was no foyer, social area or bar. The dining room was like a school canteen. On the plus side the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and the rooms also good. It is extremely convenient for the station and the metro into the grand place, however as usual the area around is extremely scruffy with several homeless beggars.

Great hotel for Brussels Zuid station access

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is convenient to Brussels Zuid train station - this is a great spot. The staff are friendly. The building is clean and because of an exterior door to the complex it feels safe too.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area.
