It’s a regrettable that you were disappointed by our staff. Human values are at the heart of our concept. Our people are usually very keen to oblige our guests in the nicest possible way and they usually are very grateful. We offer various type of accommodation at different level of comfort and price. You opted for the economical solution of a bed in a shared dorm and paid a price accordingly. It has its downsides, including that of sharing a bathroom. Our mattresses are the top of the line in their category and generally well appreciated by most of our guests. That being said we are not immune to mistakes or accidents. Maybe someone had a bad day. Maybe they did not react well to your demands… Kindness usually goes both ways… Please accept my apologies for that. Nicolas: owner.

You are absolutely right. It is regrettable that there was no water device available. As you might have seen, we have just started a brand new restaurant in order to improve our guests comfort . They would have gladly served you some water if you had asked them. The water fountain will soon be installed again. We strive to offer the best value for money for an outstanding concept unique in the world. We have invested huge efforts, time, soul and money to do so. The human and financial strains were enormous. You could have noticed the architecture, the decoration, the quality of the staff, the location, etc … Instead you choose to focus exclusively on the fact that you did not get some water even though you did not even ask for it… For your information, all ratings are important to us. They reflex an overall perception of our hotel that future guests will base their opinion on. Sometime we make mistakes and deserve bad reviews. We are eager to learn from those and improve from them. In this case, I'm sceptical. Does you rating reflect the overall perception of our hotel? Is it fair? Should further guests trust your judgment? I don't know what your life achievements are or will be and I hope they will be great. We love to share our concept with enthusiastic guests. We now offer them an inhouse bar and quality restaurant at fantastic value for money..
