Staff are excellent! Friendly, super helpful and informative. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We didnt have breakfast since we normally get the local food.

InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest by IHG
Room was clean and well appointed. The painting in the room was kind of scary- particularly in the middle of the night. Staff was very helpful, although staff at breakfast seemed like they wanted to be helpful but didn't know how how. Check in/out was smooth.
