"The front desk staff was surly and rude. They put me in a single bed room despite being booked in a double. They did not mention this upon check in. found out when i went to the room. They said the fold out couch was the second bed. That is NOT what i booked. They also dod not provide linens for the foldout until we called for them, which kept us awake waiting for the linens. When i went to complain they did not apologize they became argumentative and rude. They also did not mention a hold on my card (they should have mentioned it at least. I thought it was fraud). The valet refused to park my car despite me having mobility issues. I had to carry my suitcases from the parking lot. Lastly they had a large group present and were not keeping access to the elevators, allowing people to pass in the hallways, etc., and no one was monitoring this or asking them to keep the walkways open."

"Check-in was at 3 pm. The room we booked supposedly was saying it wasn't finished being cleaned. The front desk clerk offered us a different room, but we specifically booked this room for a reason. After the third time, I asked the front clerk if our room was ready (50 minutes after check-in, 3:50 pm). They then checked the room themselves and saw that it was cleaned. Our room very likely could have been ready the entire time, but there was a miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the front desk. If check-out is 12 pm, and check-in is 3 pm, there should be enough staff to flip the rooms, or either check-out needs to be earlier, or check-in needs to be later."

"We had a big group staying and on the whole we had a wonderful experience. Some of the frustrations were long lines to checking at the front of the hotel, and also one of our rooms was not available until after 5pm, while checkin was supposed to be at 4pm. Also, they provided drink ticket vouchers but the bar staff couldn’t accept them so it was strange. All in all, great location and quality experience."

"We left a night early because there was a very strong pungent smell in the room and scratching sound all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it the next morning. While he was very kind there wasn’t anything g that could be done about it. I also chose a room that was not ADA and when checked in we had the ADA room. It wasn’t a problem u til the next morning when my belongings got wet due to basically the whole bathroom being a shower with no real separation from shower floor and bathroom floor. The water formed a river all over the entire bathroom floor. Foot towel was soaked along with my dirty clothing items that were on the floor in my laundry bag. Staff at property was extremely nice . Just wish the hotel room was in better shape. I had to spend an extra $200 on another hotel night somewhere else and was not refunded from Marriott for the night I lost due to room condition. "
