"The second day we asked for our room to be cleaned. We told the front desk and we told one of the cleaning people and when we returned that night nothing was done and we requested it again. The second day the room was cleaned but then we asked for extra towels. Once again we had to ask three times"

"Beautiful room with great view of the steel stacks. I was able to check in early and was offered a few different rooms that were available at the time. Chip was very helpful at the front desk. I stayed for a concert at the steel stacks and navigating from the hotel to the event was super easy and convenient. It was within walking distance which I loved. The casino was fun and they offered nice perks for being a first time user. I would definitely stay again and recommend."

"Clean big room and attached washroom, good pool area…. The breakfast / bar area was okay, breakfast options were limited. Good option if you want to stay for a day or two very close to New Hope / Peddler’s Village area"

"My partner and I came for the hot tub. We spoke to someone at IHG and they told us it was working. Ty - at the front desk - saw I was frustrated and took control over the situation. He offered a decent compromise and was adamant about helping. I truly appreciate his help and efforts. He really helped to make a disaster into a pretty good stay overall. The bacon could be a little crispier. That pool is heated a tinge above freezing. Overall though thanks to Ty (and Melissa) it was a good stay."

"Hotel still had the smell of being new. I believe it opened in March. Unfortunately, the pool is still not completed. They have a breakfast buffet for 15.99. Looks pretty much like a breakfast you get at any other hotel. They should just have it included in the price of the stay. I we chose to go to a diner instead."
