“Amazing property tucked away in the heart of the valley surrounded by mountains. Beautiful and helpful staff that attended to our every need. Favourite part was the wine and cheese in the drawing room each evening, very special place we will be back :)”

“would have been another star but for the 8 moths in our room. (I captured them all and set them free unharmed.)”

“Vicky and the reception team were excellent, had a great time with family for my 30th.”

“Great location with clean rooms”

“Had to go 2 different shops to get keys to the room. Also had to pay bond deposit which I am stll waiting to be refunded.”

“It was uncomfortable because the beddings smelt and bathtub was not that clean. The view outside the window was great but accomodation perspective is was not so good.”

“Comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. Friendly staff.”

“For one thing, the pillows and bed sheets on the top were so smelly. I think there is a problem with the laundry. Everything else was good.”

“After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. “I've stayed at this motel a few times & every time it's been wonderful from checking in to checking out is great. From Management to staff they are always kind & helpful.”

“Check in took longer due to having to wait for the customers in bar getting served first, a number of whom arrived after me.”

“Staff was excellent. Great service”
