"Staff definitely needs training. Sara Martinez from the reception took almost 20 min to check me in, because apparently she couldn't find my Expedia reservation. She also helped multiple customers over the phone and in-person while I stood in front of her. I was in town for business and needed internet connection - and it sucked! Jesus from maintenance helped me, and after a couple of HOURS I could actually work on emails and calls. Food is super overpriced and bad! The only positive thing about this propriety is location (which is not awesome either). I would definitely stay away from this place."
