"Check was smooth, but the television in the room did not work not did the air conditioning. We were given a new room, where the air conditioning also did not work. We also needed and extra towel and they gave us a floor mat, which i had to go and get myself"

"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. ..."
