"I have to wait for half an hour for the 50 ringgit deposit receipt. It seems that the counter man not willing to issue receipt. I was given a room with no window like a prison cell. The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained."

"This is the scariest nightmare experience I have with Hotel.com booking. The room is dirty, the bed still have hair of the previous customer. The floor is sticky, the bed middle is collapsed.there is mold in the toilet and ceiling. As I check out early, there is no receptionist, I filled the form but my deposit is not refund. I contact them but unreachable and no reply. "

"Enjoyed the free boat ride to and return from the chalet as it is situated at truly the final end of the village from the jetty. The room condition was okay, good enough for a decent stay by four persons. WiFi was not existed so you have to rely on your own data but the signal was a bit weak. Overall, worth a stay."
