“Amenities bad”

“Stayed July 09th to 13th 2026.Deluxe room,Has a stench of seweage coming from the bathroom the whole time.There is a TV in the room that did not work.Addressed it with staff,Had maintenance guy try to fix it.Still did not get it to work.Door handle to the was so hard to open.But other then that,It was okay.Staff were great and very helpful.3/5 stars for me.”

“호텔위치가 공항근처이다 보니 데나라우 아일랜드 까지 거리 가 멀어서 오고가기가 힘들었어요. 택시비는 너무 비싸고..가능하다면 셔틀버스 같은게 있음 좋았겠다 생각했어요. 수영장이 너무 작아서 애들이 놀다보니 공간이 없더라구요. 방을 청소해주고 수건을 않줘서 이상했는데 몇시간 후에 나중에 주러 왔구요. 침구가 흰색인데 너무 오래된듯했어요. 하지만 전반적으로 다 좋았어요”

“The best part about there service is helpful staff. Very kind people. Room is decent, big and clean. Few things which needs to impeovment is not very strong and accessible wifi connection, but food is delicious, unlimited continental breakfast which staff prepares is the highlight of it. Very quite place around. Highly recommended for someone who wants room near airport and Very quite place.”

“Lai was a great host and looked after us well. He cooked lovely dinners and told us about the local walks and even played the guitar for us. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the river and patting the cat. Just note that during our visit the wifi wasn’t working and we found the bed uncomfortable. Also, take cash to pay for your meals.”
