โMy stay was great at first I did have an issue I couldn't get wifi to stay connected signal was to weak and I use it for work an family messaging and the manager was very friendly not only did he switch my room but gave me an even better one at no extra cost for the upgrade and I gotta say all the staff here are very nice always asking to help or if we need anything even if the hotel it self was crappy (but it's not) having great staff like that makes people keep coming back or giving it another...

โWhen I arrived, the staff greeted me and made sure I felt welcome at the property. I needed to do some business work and I was able to use the business area for making copies to present at my meeting the next day. At no extra charge! That was amazing. The desk attendant, Chevelle, helped me with copy paper and toner on multiple occasions. I was able to shop for office supplies close by and there were plenty of places to eat close by too. I will recommend anyone to stay there!โ
โSeems like they have new management and i really enjoyed my stay. Colt and diana are really good at there jobs i recommend anyone to stay at this hotel .i no id stay again. Thanks again.

โGreat value for the money. Rooms were updated and clean with nice carpet. No smell in room and nice and cool when arriving on a 90 degree Missouri day. Breakfast options were minimal, but coffee was good. Nice location in Branson. โ
โWe found a cockroach in our room. Front desk lady guaranteed us a full refund after speaking with corporate. She took my email address and assured my refund. โ
โWe had an amazing stay in the double room! Way better then what i thought it would be. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The big refrigerator was a major plusโplenty of space for food and drinks. The hotel has a great location right off the main road, with local attractions and restaurants just minutes away. Super convenient and comfortable!โ
