โI truly enjoyed my three nights stay at The Gothic House. It is lovely and dainty, clean with comfortable bed/pillows. Unlike one review I read, I did not experience any in-shower hot water issues after I inquired about it. โ
โA very nice place to stay. This is not a tourist destination but the nearby area is very nice and worth a walk. There is a very nice pub at the hotel and we eat well. The room was very nice and clean.โ
โReally easy and friendly check in. Beautiful spacious room with big super comfy bed. Parking okay, not lots but we were okay.

Nice touches are nice coffees in the room, nice shower gels and our dogs were welcomed too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again..โ
โThis quaint, Grade 2 Listed building housing the bar and reception desk has excellent, family staff. The guest rooms are modern in design, clean & spacious. My son and I enjoyed looking around the village and ate at one of the various resturaunt's located nearby. Nice and quiet overnight, We left this morning to drop off my son at Gatwick Airport (30 minutes drive) avoiding the risk of him missing his flight. (We would have had to use the M25 if we drove from our home)โ
โStaff were very friendly and accommodating. We were not made to feel rushed, even though we arrived as the restaurant should have been closing. Excellent evening meal. โ
โFor us the location was very convenient. The room was clean and the location perfect for walking, with beautiful viewpoints very close by. It is off a busy main road but no noise issues.
The building and decor are a bit tired but did the job and all was all fine for our needs.โ
โThe staff were all wonderfully friendly, the pillows were so comfy, shower was fantastic, breakfast delicious. I'll absolutely stay again if I have another local job booking in the future.โ
โWhile the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldnโt open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property.โ

โLovely, quiet B&B on a farm. Location is remote, which made it a peaceful stay. There was plenty of parking available. The room was large and comfortable with a good bathroom and a strong wi-fi signal.
The owner recommended a local pub, which was a 10-minute drive away. The food and beer were excellent! Breakfast the next morning was superb. The host was very helpful throughout.โ
