"This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I was appalled. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The bathroom had hair literally everywhere. The bedding was dirty. Stains on the comforters, hair on the bedding, a sock that wasn’t ours under the luggage holder. Even the towels were dirty. I don’t think the room was cleaned at all. Clients had a similar experience. Thankfully they booked the insurance and were able to cancel their room and stay somewhere else. I have...

"Generally disappointed. Lots of small items in the room in rough shape or not working properly. Towels were SO worn. It's been decades since I've been in a hotel room with such poor quality towels. "Room was clean. Temperature and bed were both comfortable. But...the shower was only warm, not hot, and there was weak water pressure. Two of the three machines in the fitness room were not working. Breakfast was acceptable but not very good."
