"We had to change rooms because the toilet kept running. There was no maintenance person on site to fix it. At first they were just going to let it run all night, until my husband I insisted on a room change. After packing back up and going to a new room, the TV would not work in that room. . We went without an TV instead of changing rooms again."

"Generally disappointed. Lots of small items in the room in rough shape or not working properly. Towels were SO worn. It's been decades since I've been in a hotel room with such poor quality towels. There were numerous long black hairs around the bathroom - I'm going to be generous and assume they belonged to someone from housekeeping. But they should tie their hair up better if that's the case. Also they were very proud of their new televisions and updated viewing platform, TV was nice but the...

"Room was clean. Temperature and bed were both comfortable. But...the shower was only warm, not hot, and there was weak water pressure. Two of the three machines in the fitness room were not working. Breakfast was acceptable but not very good."
