We had a fabulous weekend. The cottage was very easy to find, a short walk from the free car park and a stroll to the main street and many pubs, shops and eateries in Burford. The cottage is cosy but spacious for a family, with a well equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. We ate at the Farmer's Dog, the Bull and the Lamb Inn, all of which were great. The free car park is limited to 12 in every 24 hours so isn't somewhere you can leave you car over the weekend. On Friday night every street was full of cars, but it was easy to find on street parking early on Saturday, so I recommend you move your car then... we were able to park right outside the cottage. The Wi-Fi code was written down by hand and it was impossible to decipher what was higher or lower case, so top tip is to look at the back of the router where there is a removable card that has a QR code for connecting. The previous guest had left some lamps that weren't working on the dining room table, a little strange these weren't removed when the property was refreshed. Overall a lovely little cottage in a great spot and highly recommend.
