"There was no breakfast offered. Ice machines were broken on each floor. Beware there are NO refrigerators in the rooms. Hair dryers are extremely weak. WOULD NOT STAY THERE SGSIN FIR THE PRICE A FOR WHAT IS OFFERED!"

"Enjoyed our stay outside from after we checked out. We had left a black linen dress hanging in the closet cabinet, and called this afternoon to arrange picking it up. The front desk said a black dress wasn’t found in the room, but a personal pillow we had brought in was. It is very disappointing. We are absolutely positive the dress was left, and I believe these types of things should be looked into by the hotel management. We are local, had an issue at our home that was being addressed by contractors, and needed a hotel stay for a couple of days. We won’t be staying here again, or recommending. Left items by guest should always be turned in."

"I was looking for something different from the typical hotel room. Loft style sounded interesting. I should have read more reviews that referred to the lack of amenities and the fact that it’s really just a place to sleep, one or 2 nights. I don’t think I’d book ALoft again because the hardwood floors (only one small area rug) were not comfortable and there was no place to sit for a moment and relax. There is a breakfast table which my husband liked. There is no traditional dresser ( only a 2-drawer cabinet in the bathroom). The bathroom counter has plenty of space, but the sink faucet was not placed correctly so water went all over the floor until we learned that you can only let the water flow at a trickle. Also, there was no cold water from the sink. On the plus side, the desk staff were excellent and there is a really great rooftop bar/ restaurant which was so appealing that we went there 3 times in 3 days. The bartender and waitstaff there were very accommodating, and the river views were extraordinary."

"We booked a reservation online and it was confirmed, only to arrive at the hotel and be told that the desk attendant had cancelled it because she believed the hotel was full. We asked her to confirm and she rudely told us she was the only person there. When we inquired about different room types that may be available, she told us there would be a significant cost increase. She was extremely unhelpful and we ended up booking at another hotel. "
