We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even....

“The property had excellent secure parking and attentive staff. The room was spacious but very dated and had no air conditioning just a ceiling fan.”
