We have stayed at this hotel twice previously and it was always amazing. When we checked in yesterday the front desk staff actually remembered us and was Super friendly, efficient and helpful. I am mildly disabled and I always stay at a property where I can soak in a hot tub after traveling and was excited to arrive. Sadly, the jets were broken on the hot tub, the sink water didn't get hot at all and Jessica, at the front desk told my husband the wrong time for breakfast. When we arrived to eat, we were told that breakfast was already over. When I asked Jessica why she gave us the wrong time she threw an adult tantrum. She became defensive, argumentative, and downright rude. Rather than providing adequate customer service, she chose to bicker with me denying that she told my husband the incorrect time. We were considering staying another night, but this sealed the deal for us. Kudos to the staff on Wednesday afternoon though!

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly. Continental breakfast could have been better. It was available from 6:30-9:30 and when we went down at 8 am it looked like we missed it and very few things were stocked well. It's still a nice place to stay.

Decent for short stay
The hotel is okay - its in need of some renovations. The front staff was friendly and the common area was clean. We arrived late at night so we fell like we didn't get a "good room." Our room had stained carpets, the shower curtain was yellowing, grout was dirty looking and the closet door was missing and no mirror in the sleeping area but the room was clean so we didn't complain. We checked the sheets for cleanliness and mattress for bugs - all good. We had a couple of barking dogs across from us but we were away most of the time so it wasn't an issue. We glanced at other rooms that were being cleaned and they looked a little better than ours (we were by the stairs). The cleaning staff was really nice. The breakfast standard - waffle station , bagels, cereal, yogurt, muffins, whole fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area, get a good deal and don't mind the hotel looking a bit worn.

Hotel was very clean. Smelled clean upon checking in. Didn’t get to try out their free breakfast, but it smelled good! Great place to stay. Very affordable and pet friendly!

I would stay again
Room was great, clean, cooled down nicely before arrival, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean, breakfast was fantastic-scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, coffee machine with lots of options, cereal, fruit, waffles, juice. The only two things that were lacking was the empty shower gel dispenser, and the used mini bottle of complimentary lotion on the counter. The lid had dried lotion stuck on the outside and under the cap, bottle was nearly empty. Oh, no blow dryer. The front desk lady was very nice, I can’t recall her name but itbstarted with an ‘L’. All in all, I would recommend for your stay.
