Chantel at the front desk was amazing. I had 3 flights and was exhausted from traveling. She was smiling, polite and asked if I needed anything. A slice of bread and peanut butter would be nice. Appreciate her going out of her way and I slept for 8 hours. I felt safe and secure and this was a clean hotel.

My favorite stay during my road trip was at the Burlington location. The hotel felt spacious, clean, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the bar, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of food and drinks. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thanks again for having me!

Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, as were the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast but I did love the Vermont Maple coffee.

This hotel is beautiful. From the outside to the inside just a great place to spend the night. They gave up a balcony (yay) so nice to sit out there. The employees could not do enough for you. Love the huge bathroom and shower was nice too. 5 star all the way.

After staying in some not so good hotels I was excited to see a nice clean room. Even the rugs were in fantastic condition. Nice and clean. It was a pleasure to walk in to the lobby and to see the staff well dressed and always smiling and accommodating. Well managed hotel. Hats off to every employee 👍

Everything was great! Room was super clean, staff was all very friendly and helpful. One of the employees was super nice and went out of his way to find a snack for our toddler. The pool was also very nice! Definitely will be coming here again!

The property was a good stop over on our way to Quebec. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. One elevator made leaving a little trying. We were on the second floor. Would recommend staying on the third floor as the footsteps of the guests above us were disturbing. Breakfast was included in our room rate. Would not suggest spending the $16/pp if it is not included. Eggs were watery, the eggs, bacon and sausage were cold. There were hot plates to keep the food warm, but they either weren’t turned on or not working. You have to request plates and cutlery, it is not sign posted. Panera is a better option.
