It’s annoying that when booking the property it says a message comes up saying there’s no pool, and when you try to message the hotel to ask a question you don’t get an answer- then when we got there the indoor pool was open and when I asked about they said it was Expedia not updating there website but like what’s the point of messaging the hotel on the app if no one is answering them?

The property was very clean! We loved that there was so much to do without even leaving the resort! The food options were great, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful if we had a question! The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. If you have kids, just be sure ti check when outside activities are available. However, there are a lit if fun things for them inside. Would definitely stay again.
