“Room was super clean, plenty of room too. Breakfast was great and really friendly staff!”

“The staff who prepared breakfast were vey friendly.”

“Good breakfast!”

“The staff was very nice and professional.”

“Your front desk staff person at 12:15 PM needs custom service training. She was rude when I asked to use a restroom. She said only customers could use the hotel’s restroom. I explained that I had paid for my room in advance and was a paying customer. She me know that I I was waiting for my room and needed to use the restroom, then to walk to McDonald’s. We stayed in a large cabin with very comfortable beds and a fireplace that warmed the room well. The shower had great water pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the included full breakfast buffet is excellent. The property is relaxing and fun to explore. HLI will always be our first choice when staying in the...
