โWe had a lovely stay for 4 nights with 3 kids and our dog Butter. The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the food at the restaurant. We also enjoyed a quiet moment at the little library. Will come back to stay again in the future!โ
โIt was great to have multiple spaces for us to work and have separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower lacked power, and the toilet seat needs fixing. It would have been nice to have some table lamps in the living room for a more relaxed feel. โ
โThe building (outside) is the ugliest in Kingston (and that means something as Kingston is not exactly attractive), but once inside it is quite okay.
The breakfast was good and also good value for money.

โWent for my partners 60th birthday to go to sandown races, convenient by only being a 25 min walk from the lodge to the gates of the racecourse. Edwina was lovely, very friendly and the sort of person you could have a laugh with. Breakfast was vwry nice and plentiful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very reasonable prices. โ
โIโve stayed here a few times, and each time is excellent! The area is really nice and safe as a solo female traveler. There are very close supermarkets and shopping. The riverside and the green are very nice and picturesque. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. This is my go-to place to stay when I go to London. Iโve had a better experience here than when Iโve stayed at other chain hotels, such as Marriotts and Hiltons. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
One thing to mention is...
"It was convinient location near that airport.
At 7 AM, after the breakfast, I was able to take a bus 100m away from the hotel, as a result, I arrived at the airport 7:40 PM"
