The hotel had no power on Friday due to a windstorm in the area. Obviously not the hotel‘s fault. The staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to hang out in the lobby and play card games and make the best of the situation. They also offered refunds without us asking. The staff was very apologetic. But again, there was nothing they could’ve done. Unfortunately. Some people have to complain and blame the hotel for the situation.i believe they handled the situation perfectly. WELL DONE!

I’ve stayed here several times in the past due to its location and I was satisfied. For some reason, this time I was assigned a room configured for disabled guests. The shower was awkward to use and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. Also, the shelf below the sink was broken leaving very little room to store toiletries close to the sink. I would stay here again, but I would insist on a regular room rather than the ADA compliant room.
