"Nice rec area for all ages. The cold water in bathroom faucet had hardly any water and the heater in the room didn't work, only cool air. Breakfast was decent."

"One of our favorite places to stay on our way through Michigan. Front staff are VERY friendly and VERY helpful. Property and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is better than most other places with scrambled eggs (not clear if box mix or just well scrambled), bacon strips (processed, but real meat), oatmeal, several choices of cereals, fresh bananas/apples, yogurt, waffles, and breads/toast. Pool is nice, but too small for swimming. Did not try hot tub, but looked nice. Rooms have very high ceilings and the usual amenities, but two common problems: 1) double queen rooms have a centre table for charging phones, but nothing on the other two sides. 2) The intermittently flashing "ready" light on the smoke detector is eyelid-piercingly bright white for no sensible reason (a dim solid green would be just as effective), so bring eyeshades."

"Frankly, it was adequate for 1 night stay. Definitely a budget friendly price with the minimal basics. Cleanliness was good, beds were comfortable. No bugs thank God! Strong odor of pot outside with many undesirable people but, it provided a roof over our heads and for that we were grateful. Can’t say we’d ever return to this property though."

"The absolute best thing is that it is walking distance to the casino. This hotel is a third the cost of Firekeepers Hotel on a Friday/Saturday night. They even have a shuttle if you leave the casino before 2am. Nothing special, but will stay here again to lose that money in the casino!"

"There was a problem with my room, and they took care of me right away, putting me in a new room that was just fine. You can't ask for more than that. Breakfast was fine. "
