“Friendly and understanding staff - even though we were more people than in the booking, and did not have our passports, the host kindly accepted our photocopies and also gave us a bigger room, even some paracetamol for my headache the next day. Brilliant service and saved us from a big problem. Thank you to all the staff. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“저녁늦게 이스탄불 도착했고 다음날 새벽 카파도키아로 가기전에 잠을 위해 예약했어요 운 좋게 공항에서 바로 셔틀버스를 만났고 직원들이 너무 친절 하셨어요 다음날 일찍 나와서 조식은 포기했어요 공항갈때도 셔틀 잘 이용했습니다. 셔틀은 30분 간격으로 운행해요 ”

“The hotel itself is a 5 all day. Not sure why all the pics have a fireplace and the room doesnt have it, but its summer so no big deal. Nice clean room with fancy jacuzzi. Even had headrests and changing colors etc. Nice bathroom. Bed a bit small but pretty comfy. Outdoor lounging area with privacy screen. All of it was good really. The bad is that the food wasnt great. Some was ok. Some was just bad. And service was polite and kind, but just not professional. Things came out at random times and...
