Thank you for your feedback, can I suggest next time you look at our Grand or Superior Suites as they have a full kitchen so your able to cook that hot breakfast you desire

Hi there, Im terribly sorry for the confusion in the expectation of a room service. As we are a guesthouse not a hotel and due to the fact that we are environmentally conscious we limit the servicing of rooms to bookings over 5 days as is stated in our terms and conditions and the welcome card with all the information on the property. We are more than happy to accommodate a room tidy if you so wish to request (also on the card), so sorry you missed this. In regards to the tea, please accept our apologies, I do remember that day and we had a maintenance emergency. Thanks so much for your understanding. We hope to be able to make your stay more aligned to your expectations next time!

Our Deluxe rooms are our lead in option so they are the smallest of what we offer, however good to hear you like the styling of the new rooms.
