The staff are wonderful, very attentive and courteous. The owner of this hotel should consider getting rid of all the old towels, pillows etc. The towels worse than rags. It's disappointing, good thing I was prepared and brought my own.

Outstanding Stay!

Wonderful stay! The hotel is very nice (even elegant in places). The room was very comfortable, the gym was decent and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. More than anything, the support of your staff (particularly Ash and Mark) made the trip. They were extremely helpful in helping with transportation needs. Wonderful people!

We’ve stayed at The Harvest since they’ve opened and each time we visit which we hope will be more often in the near future. Staff are great and facility is homey. I will say, avoid room 225 (rooms towards the end) it is near the custodial room and there was some noise throughout the night.

Excellent room quality, food and service !

Check in process was quick, our room was up to date in decor, a good size with two queen beds, well running AC and TV had a a variety of shows. Oir beds were made every day and bathroom was modern and soacious with separate glass enclosed shower. Wide selection of dishes to order for lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurantt. Hotel provides a complimentary alll you can eat buffett breakfast that served several entrees, including a separate table for cook to order eggs, omelettes, pasta, garlic rice, bread, coffee, milk and juices.

This is our "go to" place whenever we are in Cabanatuan. The staff is extremely amazing-very helpful, very accommodating and always smiling. They've anticipated our needs even before we ask specially during breakfast. We want to recognize the following: Edan, Ron, Mike, Mark and Abdul. They know us by name and would always check on us. We noticed an improvement on the breakfast, it was already very good before but now it's better. The GM is very hospitable and truly cares about the guests. We will be back.

Great place but wifi issues

Service was great the place was great just an issue and its a important one for me was the wifi i unerstand that its token based but it kept kicking us off after a few hours and there was no coverage by pool area and the lobby so it was useless in those areas it only works in your room

Location was great. Easy walk to different malls, and BGC. Staff were friendly. Hotel wise, is just about what you get for the money you paid. It’s a budget hotel, so the stay feels like you’re in a budget as well. The check in took quite some time, then the room was not 100% ready when I got in. It has everything you need though, but the comfort was lacking. The pillows are very hard which gave me a hard time to sleep. But overall, it was okay. Not that bad, but not great for sure.
