“The property is in need of repairs. We have stayed here many times. We were only able to have one ala carte dinner as they were either all full or not open. AC in my daughter’s room did not work and we told them everyday. After 5 days they finally moved her. No compensation was ever given and should have been.”

“En servicio al cliente son mil de mil, la propiedad está bien hermosa e higiénica y después que se termine de remodelar va estar mil de mil”

“More options in the menu (buffet) and cocktails bar and a better music and more activities”

“Me and my wife enjoy our stay but I think they need more music around the pool, that was the quietest pool bar I have ever seen.”

“It was amazing. Staff were very helpful, polite, friendly and respectful. I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone. Great job!”
