"We had such a wonderful experience during our stay. Thank you so much for surprising my son with a birthday cake—it truly made his day extra special. Before our arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor away from the noise, as my son loves staying on high floors, and I also asked if it would be possible to display a birthday message in the room. The hotel went above and beyond by surprising him with a birthday cake instead, which made him incredibly happy and excited. Thank you for helping create such a memorable birthday for him. My daughter was equally thrilled and has already said that she wants to celebrate her birthday here next month as well! The room was spacious, and the beds were large, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly appreciate the thoughtful hospitality."
