“I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights.”

The rooms appear clean, definitely wear and tear, cracked sink bowl, door closing was off, trim over sink in bathroom could use a scrub in the detailed woodwork. I called multiple times because our room door did not lock, could be pushed open from outside, would lock when we were inside. The maintenance guys did arrive and worked to get it fixed. Pool is big and refreshing and always guarded by pool staff. Breakfast is delicious and offers always too many choices. A lot of tropical plants in the hotels garden.”
