Very good hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but there was quite a bit of street noise and the area near the hotel seemed a bit dodgy. Good selection of restaurants in the area and free breakfast was a nice inclusion

I had an unusual experience, 2nd day there I sprained my ankle on tour and virtually stuck in my room the entire stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and we there every step on the way. I hope everyone who reads this can appreciate how important this makes a stay.

Hotel is excellent, friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the car parking is expensive, although though it was discounted, we still paid around 15 Euro each night.

Arrived Caen by train and stayed for one night before picking up our rental car the next day. Excellent location as it’s just a few minutes walk from the train station. Good value for the price with breakfast included. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great value and location

Good location with a secure place to store our touring bicycles. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh sweets, breads, fruits, meats and cheeses. Hotel was clean and the area quiet. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a small grocery store too. Only complaint was our bed was a bit ‘worn’

We had a party of 12 and mini bus to park. Reception had cards all prepared for us so we could go straight to rooms without delay- despite being about 7pm and receptionist gave excellent map and guidance for free parking of mini bus. She also guided us to good restaurants in area Breakfast was also excellent Unbeatable service at the price Have stayed in hotels costing twice as much with half the result We will definetly use Isis again on our travels to France Thankyou

Het op 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum is goed te doen. Tram halte 2 is op 3 minuten afstand. Een zakelijk hotel zonder franjes. Het gebruik van de lift met een aparte code is even wennen. Parkeren onder het hotel is duur, ondanks dat het hotel de nacht voor haar rekening neemt. Recht tegenover de ingang, aan de overkant van het water , is het parkeren gratis. Het personeel weet hier niets van.

De ontbijtzaal lijkt op een gym. Het eten en service was verrassend goed. Het bed was ok. Geen koffie op de kamer is onaangenaam. Douche bad was een aangename versie en eindelijk ook weer eens echte glazen op de kamer in plaats van die papieren bekertjes
