“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. “The rooms are spotless. The beds are comfortable. All in working order. Check in was a delight. Gail was so welcoming and informative of places to eat and other hotspots on the island worth checking out. I also had great experiences with Ruth and Shawnette. This place is safe for solo travellers. They have security and close the gates at night. There are a few dogs outside the hotel grounds, but they are friendly, just in need of food and attention. The resort has golf cart service to the beach....
