"Great little place. Just know It’s similar to a hotel room with a kitchenette (no living room or sitting area.) This property was perfect for my daughter and I. We didn’t cook in the condo other than simple breakfasts, which the kitchen was very well equipped to handle (two burner cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc.) and we didn’t need a living room as we were at the beach and doing activities all day, plus there’s a small table with two chairs on the front patio to sit and enjoy your coffee. Loved the location - it felt removed from the touristy hubbub but was still conveniently located between the hectic Grace Bay resort strip and the beautiful Leeward beach (less than a 5 minute drive). They also provided shampoo and soaps, linens and periodic maid service- which was a surprise. Staff was very friendly too. Only thing I didn’t like is that we had to keep our drapes shut for privacy due to the first floor location. This was such a good value for the money. In fact, we used the money we saved on lodgings to do amazing excursions (including flying to Salt Cay for whale watching - a must do adventure!) "

"This was my 5th stay at the property. I appreciate the small size of the hotel, the excellent location, the friendly & helpful staff. The only hiccup was that our AC did not work for the last 2 days - in spite of the fact that the staff came in to "repair" the problem twice."

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our anniversary. And so friendly! Shoot out to Charles on the beach- his service was top notch! Will definitely be back!"
