Great location and staff

Great location and staff is always nice and helpful. The building is well mantained, breafkast is at a nice terrace in the rooftop of the building.

Elshams help us have a great time

The service here is really good! They arranged airport pick up and drop off for us, had local suggestions for food and tours. Their English was good and they were very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good, we are two active brothers and it filled us up, which is not easy to do. All the staff were very honest and helpful. The room to clean and comfortable.

Really good location, on a well maintained building (from both outside and inside). Staff is good, and courteous. Internet is very slow though and erratic.

Good hotel but noisy downstairs

Good hotel and conditions, also the location. But weak windows cannot isolate the noise from the restaurant downstairs until 03:00 a.m. or more.

We stayed here a few days before in an awesome room on 6th floor. This time we were on 1st floor above the take out restaurant on ground floor. Ramadan was still going on as it was before. Not a good experience with all the noise right outside below our windows.

チェックイン時に、本ホテルではなく、系列のアミンホテルに連れて行かれました。 10分ほど歩く必要がありました。 ツアーの迎えを本ホテルに設定していたため、無断で場所を変更され、本当に腹が立ちました。 朝食も8時からで、早起きの旅行者には向いてないと思います。 部屋に入った時にはトイレの床が濡れていてとても嫌な気持ちになりました。 シャワーに関しても、最初はお湯が出ますが、使ううちにぬるくなってしまいます。水捌けも悪いです。 バスタオルはなく、小さなタオルが人数分しかありませんでした。 夜も車のクラクションがうるさく寝つきが悪かったです。 窓の鍵が閉まらず、防犯面で不安でした。 全てのドアの建て付けも悪く、鍵の開け閉めが難しかったです。 エレベーターも中々来ず、5分ほど待ちました。 全てが最悪でした。

La atencion buena, hay apoyo al turista,

La atencion buena, el hotel en buenas condiciones, la ubicacion excelente para desplazarse, hay apoyo colaboracion al turista. Lo unico fue que durante la estadia de 8 noches no realizaron el cambio de tendidos, siempre solicitamos los elementos de aseo como toallas, papel higienico, shampoo, jabon. pero fueron amables y nos atendieron las solicitudes.
