Warning!! with this hotel, I had booked via Expedia 2 days before my arrival and when I arrived at the hotel around 22:00 they told me they don't have my booking from Expedia, I showed them the confirmation voucher, still they declined saying there is no booking, I asked for there supervisor they declined to offer assistance and they let me in the lobby with no help after a long flight and exhaustion, I had to call Expedia about 4 times can you imagine the international phone charges they costed me for each phone call that had to be for at least 20min.. When the hotel staff saw me calling Expedia they told me we can offer you a room if you pay, I declined as said all my stay is being paid already via Expedia, after multiple try with back and forth with Expedia and them they said they will offer me a room, the moment I hanged the call they told me sorry we won't give you here we will take you to different hotel, for more than two hours they were showing me multiple crap hotel that I declined, when I saw the time is 01:00 already past midnight I ended up picking one of the hotel that they offered which was lower star and facilities that my original booking. I have reported further this issue to Expedia demanding a refund, such hotel should not be ranked and offered like this, I am a Gold member of Expedia they made me lose the credibility,l.
