Excellent service, amazing rooms, great amenities. A bit pricey for food but it is among the highest quality hotels you will find in Egypt. We have stayed at several hotels there and have seen the overall landscape of hospitality in Egypt (our native country) evolve over the last few decades. The St. Regis has 2- and 3-bedroom apartment suites with full kitchens and a panoramic Nile view, something you simply don't find anywhere in a hotel chain. When you consider the price for anything similar (or even 2 1-bedroom suites in another hotel), the St. Regis is an amazing deal for a great experience! This was our 2nd stay there in the last 2 years and we will be back!

Immaculate service by the staff. We arrived early from a morning flight via the U.S. and they not only had a room ready for us within an hour but gave us an upgrade to a higher floor. The hotel itself is amazing but the crew are what make it unforgetable. All the employees we met were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay!

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the initial greeting at reception with the butler service, to the unbelievable hospitality each staff member provided. The Asian restaurant was fantastic! Pool restaurant falafel sandwich was great! Mostafa Attia Assistant Front Office Manager Was very kind and understanding with what want wrong and was very kind including some of the stuff Thank you!!
