“We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.”

“Great property for the price. A clean basic room and great staff. The restaurant was horrible, very expensive, very limited menu ( vegan and gluten free) I couldn’t find anything for dinner . Portions were very small for the price, a dingle glass of wine was $16 USD, then they add a10% service fee and 12.5% tax and state it does not go to the employee serving you 😳 $50 USD ONE WINE AND ONE SMALL ENTREE!! Ruined the experience for me . This was in an area that isnt safe yo walk at night, so...

“This place is such a hidden gem due to its newness. Love that it is off on the north island so you can enjoy some peace and quiet but having the luxury of the scheduled ferry boat to take you to the South Island is really great. The room is very clean and modern. Also the bar/restaurant staff are incredible and they have some great eats. ”

“We were diverted here for 1 night when the Roatan airport closed due to heavy rain. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's bare bones room, no coffee maker or safe, no elevator. We just needed a place not far from the airport for a quick one night stay. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Palms Belize City. We booked 2 bedrooms and got 2 really big rooms with very nice spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was very new and well equipped. The seating area and balcony overlooking the pool was also great. This place is super clean. We will definitely stay here again.”

The hotel don’t choose their guests, but the ones next to us were extremely noisy with the TV on very loud leading to a poor night sleep due to the very thin walls & adjoining door not stopping any of the noise. “The staff was wonderful and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and the Best coffee set up I’ve ever seen! I wasn’t there for the pool, so no comment on it. Don’t expect massive pools on this small island, but it did have a swim up bar. The bar and restaurant were excellent as well, with fantastic staff. I would book again with Island Magic Hotel💜”
