This hotel is the best of the best for your family really close to the beach

Our stay was fantastic. Only negative would be all of the resort and parking fees. I would honestly rather have them included in the room. We are paying a higher rate to stay at a great hotel and all of the added fees are crazy.

Me and my family had a great time. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the restaurant and pool bar, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Close to Main Street (downtown Dunedin), easy to walk to most destinations. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, Tea and Coffee available all day. Room Service was timely. Room comfortable and clean.

Close to beach but not beach front. About 5 minute walk to umbrella/chair rental. Close to places to eat. About 5 minutes to beach bar and restaurants. Must pay to park $35 a night. Has golf cart to take you anywhere within half mile.

Very clean property. Nice pool area. However, it was disappointing that you had to pay for chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach behind the hotel.

We loved the location, the beach it’s perfect for families with kids, they have a good dinner option at the terrace Evy’s food was good. It’s a minute walk to rent jet skis, banana boat ride, paddle boards and kayaks. Across the street the gelato is delicious and the mini golf fun. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bathrooms are spacious with separate doors for shower/toilet and sink. The staff are amazing! Loved all the front desk staff. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect !!! I really love everything about this trip my only concern is the ac on my room it was really hot my only dislike other than that everything was perfect the view the sunset and the food !!!!! I will come back for sure ❤️

Everything about this place is fantastic. The friendless and willingness of the staff alone makes this establishment a win. Ontop of that. You have the Taco Bus connected to the hotel. Parlor Doughnuts next door and a Ice cream shop kiddie corner. Room was spotless. Constant hot water. Shower was roomy and spotless. Balcony was priceless. Trust me,get the ocean view. Endless beaches a short walk away I parked and didn't drive again for 3 days Looking forward to returning

Parking was great. Check in was easy. Short walk across the street to beach. Love the roof bar. Some walkable restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable.

Update, clean and comfortable. Had everything you need! So glad we chose to stay here and will return! Beach chairs to borrow, cool balcony lounge to relax at or on one of the cute rockers outside. Steps to beach. Great location. Close to everything but tucked just far enough away from the crowds. You will not regret staying here.
