โThis a great place to stay that is in the Victorian era mode. I hope the basic decorum and vibe of the place never changes. It is a throw back to another era and all of the pictures from earlier times in Kolkata and the hotel and news clips are very interesting. Yes there maybe some pealing paint (which to me is part of the charm) but there is a touch of class throughout - e.g. white table cloths, real crystal wine glasses, antique furniture. โIf you are going for Kolkata US consulate, this is the only hotel good which is 5 mins away from the consulate.and this is the only best hotel there..โ
โService is so bad I told you before no water bathroom so dirty the bathroom floor, checking time waiting for one and half hours from front building has construction bad service, so many time I talk to GM he doesnโt care. You should blacklist this Hotel.โ
