โEl personal fue muy amable, muy servicial y siempre dispuesto a resolver. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, nuevas y limpias. El desayuno es excelente. El hotel estรก en una parte bastante adecuada para ir a los templos de Kali y Krishna, menos de 15 minutos. Cerca del hotel hay tiendas, restaurantes cadena y centros comerciales. Estoy mรกs que satisfecho y lo recomiendo totalmente. โ
โThis a great place to stay that is in the Victorian era mode. I hope the basic decorum and vibe of the place never changes. It is a throw back to another era and all of the pictures from earlier times in Kolkata and the hotel and news clips are very interesting. Yes there maybe some pealing paint (which to me is part of the charm) but there is a touch of class throughout - e.g. white table cloths, real crystal wine glasses, antique furniture. The staff is well trained and eager to please. ...
โThe property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe).
Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle.
Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment...
โDecent stay.
Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining. (when it rains, water collects in the outside area)
Walls are on the thin side, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs.
Overall, its good enough given the price.โ
โService is so bad I told you before no water bathroom so dirty the bathroom floor, checking time waiting for one and half hours from front building has construction bad service, so many time I talk to GM he doesnโt care. You should blacklist this Hotel.โ
